TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises services for project management of the project entitled "Modernisierung des Realschulstandortes am Oberen Schloss" in Siegen. The services are commissioned in accordance with the "Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung" (service profile for project management), as described in Chapter 2, Section 2 and Appendix B of the book "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" developed by the AHO expert committee "Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement" (AHO publications series No. 9; 6th edition May 2025). The contract includes the project phases I to V and the fields of action A to E pursuant to the aforementioned AHO publication, with phased commissioning planned (see "Details on options"). In addition to the largely transferred basic services, selected special services are also commissioned. The performance specification regulates the details.
