The services to be tendered include the program management for the program "Passenger Stations Saxony-Anhalt" within the framework of the NASA framework agreement. The subject of the award is the overarching coordination, control and monitoring of a portfolio of measures. This includes, in particular, the program-wide consolidation and evaluation of schedule, cost and quality information, program-related reporting, interface and risk management as well as support of the contracting authority in strategic and operational management tasks. The services relate exclusively to the program management of the overall program and not to the independent project management or project leadership of individual infrastructure measures. The responsibility for the management of the individual projects remains with the respective responsible project management of the contracting authority.
