TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services to be tendered include programme management for the programme “Personenbahnhöfe Sachsen-Anhalt” as part of the NASA framework agreement. The subject of the award is the overarching coordination, control and monitoring of a portfolio of measures. In particular, this includes the programme-wide consolidation and assessment of schedule, cost and quality information, programme-related reporting, interface and risk management, and support for the contracting authority in strategic and operational control tasks. The services relate exclusively to programme management of the overall programme and not to independent project management control or project management of individual infrastructure measures. Responsibility for controlling the individual projects remains with the respective project management teams of the contracting authority. Transferred services: 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 Optional services: 01.01.2030 to 31.12.2031
