TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project sponsor (PT) supports, as a contractor (the following also referred to as the contractor or the CN), the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ), Directorate 413 “Infrastructure funding for schools” (the following also referred to as the contracting authority or the CA), in carrying out the tasks arising from Digital Pact 2.0. The basis of the Digital Pact comprises the framework agreement between the Federal Government and the Länder on Digital Pact 2.0 (RV), the administrative agreement Digital Pact 2.0 (VV), and the Federal-Government/Länder initiative on digital teaching and learning. Accordingly, Digital Pact 2.0 is divided into three lines of action: - I “Equipment and IT infrastructure”, - II “School and teaching development”, and - III “Federal-Government/Länder initiative for digital teaching and learning”.
