TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project consists of a complete engineering and project management mandate for the drainage of section T2 downstream of the Châtelot plant (Les Planchettes/NE), on behalf of Société des Forces Motrices du Châtelot SA (SFMC). The purpose is to eliminate the sluice releases of the existing power station by constructing a new power station immediately upstream of the current installation. The lead party (MOE) must cover all study phases in accordance with the SIA standards — variants and feasibility (SIA 21), preliminary project (SIA 31), project (SIA 32), permit applications (SIA 33), call for tenders for construction work (SIA 41) and construction implementation supervision (SIA 5, optional).
