TENDER DESCRIPTION
The CEP intends to carry out a project for a “Educational and Pedagogical Center”. The procedure concerns the award of a mandate to an architectural firm (hereinafter: candidate or tenderer) for the service phases 41 to 53 in accordance with SIA Regulation 102. The total amount of the works determining the fees is CHF 13'370’543.— excluding VAT (for CFC 1 to 4 excluding fees). The building must be completed without fail no later than mid-November 2029, including handover/acceptance formalities. The building permit is currently being obtained.
