TENDER DESCRIPTION

• The purpose of this contract is construction work for the Train Maintenance Workshop, a train cleaning hall, the track bundle (faisceau de voies) and the related facilities and arrangements indispensable for the site’s operation. 1° - The train maintenance workshop includes 8 maintenance tracks, of which 6 are dedicated to routine preventive and corrective maintenance and 2 are dedicated to enhanced maintenance (bogie replacement and wheel reprofiling); premises required for operation of the activity and for agents’ working life (storage areas, offices and social areas, technical rooms). The workshop building will comply with the applicable construction standards, in particular with thermal and environmental regulations. In particular, the roof will be landscaped (vegetated) and photovoltaic panels will be installed on the workshop roof to provide part of the site’s power supply from renewable energy.
