TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure concerns the award of a commission in a multidisciplinary grouping of agents composed of an architect (project lead), a civil engineer, and engineers specialized in building technical installations (CVSE). The total amount of the works determining the fees is CHF 7.3 million excluding VAT, for the CFC 1, 2 and 4. The services awarded relate to the SIA phases 41 to 53 according to SIA Regulation 112, respectively Regulations 102 to 108. The architectural direction services in phase 52 and the AMO services for phases 41 to 53 will be awarded to the firm Joris Pasquier Architectes SA as the author of the project. The architect is expected to take into account that the building is protected, and the civil engineer’s office is expected to have experience in constructions in timber structures.
