TENDER DESCRIPTION
A contracting arrangement is requested for a minimum duration of 25 years. This means that the successful bidder will have to assume financing, the study, the works, maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting and all steps related to the installation under its own and full responsibility. The contracting authority will pay the cost of the kWh consumed. The specifications document that is provided in the annex details the contracting arrangements and its requirements.
