The contract starts the day after its award/notification and ends on November 30, 2027. The maintenance and hosting services will commence from the moment the interactive map is online and will last for a period of 4 years. Key milestones include the submission of an estimated completion time by the bidder for drone shots and interactive map creation, payment of 50% after drone shots, and the remaining 50% upon delivery and integration of the interactive map on the website. Invoicing for maintenance will be annual. At the end of the contract, all data, source files, and technical access must be transferred to the project partners.

The core scope of work for this tender, under the "CONJOINT - PROJET INTERREG: DESTINATION TERRILS II", is the creation of 360° virtual tours for 15 sets of slag heaps (terrils) and an interactive map to promote these sites within the Franco-Walloon mining basin.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Creation of an interactive map covering all 15 slag heaps, incorporating 50 Points of Interest (POI) per set.
• Development of virtual views for each of the 15 sets, comprising 5 drone 360° photos and 10 ground 360° photos, including all required DGTA authorizations.
• Integration of POIs provided by project partners.
• Delivery of 360° and HDR photos.
• Generation of 15 QR codes, each linking to a virtual tour.
• Programming the virtual map with 360° views of the 15 slag heap sets.
• Design of a navigation menu.
• Theming of the virtual map based on the "Destination Terrils" project graphic charter, ensuring harmonized and comprehensible graphic elements.
• Provision of evolutive support to allow for future additions of POIs and new 360° views.
• Integration of the virtual map onto the modernized www.destinationterrils.eu website.
• Coverage of travel, transport, and insurance expenses.
• Resolution of technical incidents within a maximum of 3 working days from notification.
• Delivery of source data, with accessibility and ownership transferring to the "Destination Terrils II" partners, who will also acquire exclusive and full rights for representation and reproduction across all media.
• Ensuring technical compatibility with various browsers, responsive design, and VR headsets.
• Pre and post-production activities.
• Hosting services.
• Maintenance (for a duration of 4 units, likely years).
• Accompaniment of the service provider by a project partner to identify shooting locations.
• Compliance by the drone pilot with all relevant legislation in Belgium and France and securing necessary authorizations for drone flights and photography.
• Integration of content for tags, prepared and provided by local experts.

Mandatory options include:

• Creation of an additional virtual view (5 drone 360° photos + 10 ground 360° photos) with necessary DGTA authorizations.
• Modeling of a building in "Dollhouse" view and its integration into the interactive map.
• Creation of a disappeared building in augmented reality (based on provided plans) and its integration into the interactive map.
