TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the promotion of the Contracting Authority by the Contractor during football sports events at the Level of League I, in nationwide competitions, in the period from the date of signing of the contract until 31 March 2027. The promotion services will be provided during at least 15 matches. As part of the Contracting Authority’s promotion, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with: a) granting the municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki the title of Strategic Partner of the Match, b) two advertising banners with a size of at least 3 m x 1.2 m bearing the Contracting Authority’s logo and having them displayed on the fences surrounding the playing area (pitch), c) at least 2 sponsored competitions for the public in which the prizes will be items bearing the Contracting Authority’s logo, at away and home matches, d) including the name Grodzisk Mazowiecki in the name of the team entered for the competitions e) displaying the Contracting Authority’s logo on the players’ shirts (during each match), f) placing the Contracting Authority’s logo in the match programme and on any advertising materials concerning the promotion of this event…
