TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope of the contract • Delivery of promotional items, such as pens, paper gift bags, notebooks (stonebook/correctbook), RPET backpacks, lanyards, peppermint sweets, pencils (for example with seeds). • Delivery of promotional clothing such as T-shirts, polos, hoodies and body warmers. • Printing or personalisation of items in accordance with Yuverta’s house style. • Keeping selected standard items in stock. • Advising on suitable products and sustainable alternatives. The contracting authority expects, on average, to require € 250,000 in promotional items and clothing. No rights may be derived from this estimate. The maximum value of the framework agreement is € 1,200,000 for the entire duration. The contracting authority is entitled to terminate the framework agreement if, by the end of the agreed contract period, the aforementioned maximum value has been spent. The contracting authority will not owe any costs or compensation for damages to the contractor.
