TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the lease of pre-determined locations for the distribution of a newspaper in the metro, the supplier’s obligation to publish a printed newspaper and to distribute it in the premises leased by the supplier from the contracting authority, the dissemination of information of the contracting authority in this newspaper, and the provision of advertising space in this newspaper to the contracting authority. The supplier shall be entitled, in the newspaper to be published, under the agreed conditions, to also publish advertisements of third parties and to receive payments for these services from these third parties. Further specification of the subject matter of performance is stated in the binding draft contract and its annexes.
