TENDER DESCRIPTION
The core task of Property Management is the fiduciary management of all operational real estate-related functions to preserve the value of the mixed-use commercial property "GHP 50." Property Management assumes comprehensive commercial, technical, and organizational administration of the property, taking into account the current property and owner requirements as well as the needs of the users to ensure smooth, safe, and economical operation. Responsibilities include the takeover and review of all relevant documents, ongoing support of tenants and owners, management of service providers, and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures. While the office spaces are to be managed commercially by Property Management alone, a Center Manager is additionally commissioned for the Center Management of "PERLE," with whom the Property Manager must closely coordinate. The goal is the sustainable and efficient operation of the property in the interests of the 3rd HOVG.
