TENDER DESCRIPTION

The core task of Property Management is the fiduciary management of all operational real estate-related functions to safeguard the value of the mixed-use commercial property "GHP 50". The Property Management takes on comprehensive commercial, technical, and organizational administration of the property, whereby current property and ownership requirements as well as the needs of the users must be taken into account in order to ensure smooth, safe, and economical operation. Tasks include the receipt and review of all relevant documents, ongoing support of tenants and owners, management of service providers, and supervision of maintenance and repair measures. While the office spaces are managed commercially solely by the Property Management, a Center Manager is additionally commissioned for the Center Management of the "PERLE", with whom the Property Manager must closely coordinate. The goal is sustainable and efficient property management in the interest of the 3rd HOVG.
