TENDER DESCRIPTION

The simple reconstruction is divided into 2 separate parts – “Infrastructure” and “Signalling equipment”, which form a functional whole and are awarded in two separate procurement procedures. The contracting authority reserves the right to coordinate, in terms of timing, the course of both procurement procedures for the individual parts of the Simple reconstruction, since it is in the contracting authority’s interest to award (and subsequently carry out) both parts of the functional whole of the Simple reconstruction in parallel in time. The contracting authority may, for example, reasonably extend the deadline for submission of tenders, amend or supplement the procurement documents in one of the procurement procedures in connection with the course of the second procurement procedure. In such cases, the contracting authority will proceed in accordance with Sections 98 and 99 of the ZZVZ.
