Workstream A

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This workstream consists of: A.1 Electrical Testing and Remedials - Domestic (works value up to £3m), A.2 Electrical Testing & Remedials - Communal (works value up to £3m) across four regional areas and AN - Electrical Testing & Remedials - All Elements (works value over £2m) national. The four regional areas are: Region 1 - London, South East and East of England, Region 2 - South Wales and the South West, Region 3 - East and West Midlands, Region 4 - North Wales and The North of England and Region 5 - National. Bidders do not have to be able to cover ALL areas within a region to bid for that region, but will be asked to complete a Postcode Checker form to declare which areas within that region they are currently delivering work. All works relevant and appropriate to the above workstreams will be included, examples of the types of work expected are as set out in the specifications, but additional relevant work may be included at the discretion of the authorised user and may include servicing, maintenance and installations as required by authorised users.
