The services for Planning Phase I (Submission Phase) are to commence immediately upon contract conclusion and continue until the positive decision under the EisbG is obtained. Tender planning services will begin immediately after the order is placed (option call-off). Execution planning will proceed in parallel with the construction work throughout the entire construction period, with an appropriate lead time. The project's implementation is structured into 5 main construction sections. The basic order covers all services necessary for the submission planning, while services for detailed planning (tender and execution planning) are offered as an option.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing all geological/geotechnical and hydrogeological planning and consulting services for new tunnel sections within the "Golling-Abtenau - Sulzau; Linienverbesserung Bereich Pass Lueg" project (km 31.000 – km 37.032 of railway line 10103 Salzburg Hbf - Wörgl Hbf). The primary objective is to complete the "Einreichplanung" (Submission Planning), with optional phases for "Ausschreibungsplanung" (Tendering Planning) and "Ausführungsplanung" (Execution Planning).
