TENDER DESCRIPTION

Currently, the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, hereinafter ACCyL, has a single corporate Internet access for its Corporate Network through which it provides services on the Internet such as BOCyL, SIAU, PAC, Electronic Administration, etc., and through which it accesses services available on the Internet. This service is subject to file A2026 000014, Corporate Internet Access Service I. If this service were not provided, legal and regulatory requirements of Electronic Administration would be breached and ACCyL's communication with the Internet, browsing, portals, BOCyL, email, etc., would be prevented. To improve redundancy and high availability of the corporate Internet access service in case of a failure in the network of the provider of Corporate Internet Access I, it is essential to contract a second corporate Internet access with an alternative provider that supplies it independently of how the first does. This second Internet access also improves the capacity of ACCyL's Internet access, which will benefit the public service.
