TENDER DESCRIPTION
Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor to provide damp and mould surveys across its housing stock. The service will support SBHA in meeting its obligations under the Investigation and Commencement of Repair (Scotland) Regulations 2026 by delivering evidence-based investigations where the cause of damp, mould, or condensation cannot be determined through SBHA's initial inspection process. This contract is intended to commence in October 2026.. SBHA will carry out an Experian Check as part of the Selection Criteria a minimum score of 51 aligns with SBHA's risk profile
