TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is operational and expert support for the configuration management process (hereinafter referred to as “CfM” – Configuration management) at the State Treasury of the Shared Services Centre, State enterprise (s. p.), (hereinafter referred to as “SPCSS”). Operational support takes the form of regular activities provided on the basis of a monthly lump sum. Expert support will be provided on the basis of partial irregular orders of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority assumes the use of both operational and expert support for both the internal needs of SPCSS and for the implementation of projects for third parties (SPCSS customers). The Contracting Authority requires CfM support in two main parts: A. Operational support B. Expert support, which consists of: 1. Development activities 2. Consulting activities. CfM operational support includes activities based on technological knowledge of application integrations, data manipulation and data cleansing, and knowledge of the administration and configuration of the SPCSS configuration database (hereinafter referred to as “Operational support”).
