TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the provision of a service for operating the Dobruška City waste collection yard (hereinafter referred to as “waste collection yard”), located in Čs. odboje street in Dobruška, for an indefinite period, with the expected start date of the actual operation of the waste collection yard from 01.01.2027. The waste collection yard will be operated by the selected supplier as the operator, as a facility intended for waste management within the meaning of Section 11(1)(r) point 1 of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Waste Act”). The provision of the waste collection yard operation service includes carrying out the activities stated in the Waste Collection Yard Operation Agreement, which will be concluded with the selected supplier, under the conditions set out in that agreement. The template of the Waste Collection Yard Operation Agreement forms Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation.
