TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract in the concession procedure is services (a concession) ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the water management assets of the contracting authority, the City of Kostelec nad Černými lesy, for the period from 1.1.2028 to 31.12.2037, in accordance with national legal regulations, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for the public and on amending certain other acts, as amended. The operation of the water management assets, i.e. water supply systems and sewerage for the public, will be ensured under a separate operating model on the basis of a concession contract concluded with the selected supplier in this concession procedure.
