TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the concession procedure is to ensure safe and continuous operation of the Water Management Assets that are owned by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Sb., on water supply systems and sewerage systems for public purposes and on amending certain other laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “ZVaK”).
