TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the concession procedure is to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the Water Management assets owned by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with national legislation, especially Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply systems and sewerage systems for public use and on amendments to certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVaK"). The Contracting Authority sets the duration of the concession from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2036.
