TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the concession procedure is to ensure safe and smooth operation of the Water Management Assets that are in the ownership of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Sb., on water supply systems and sewerage for public use and on amendments to certain other laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “ZVaK”).
