1. performance by the Contractor, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, within the city of Gdańsk and neighbouring municipalities that have concluded appropriate inter-municipal agreements with the Gmina of the City of Gdańsk, of services in the scope listed below: 1.1. carrying out inspections of transport documents and inspections of compliance with the conditions for the transport of animals and items in vehicles of public collective transport organised by the Contracting Authority, 1.2. collecting additional charges and transport dues for travelling without a ticket or without a valid ticket, for the absence of a document authorising reduced-fare or free travel, for breaching the rules on taking animals and items into the vehicle, and for stopping or changing the route of the vehicle, as well as administrative charges for cancelling additional charges from passengers who have been issued payment demands, 1.3. conducting the recovery (collection) and enforcement of amounts due for non-payment of charges specified in point 1.2 and carrying out recovery of pending cases from the currently ongoing contract for the recovery of additional charges running…
