TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of a service consisting of operating municipal passenger transport within the city and municipality of Wieluń, on routes specified by the Contracting Authority forming a comprehensive communication network, according to timetables specified by the Contracting Authority, on weekdays, Saturdays, as well as Sundays and holidays, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (SWZ), this Performance Specification (OPZ), annexes, and the provisions of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to provide the number of vehicles necessary for the proper realization of all trips resulting from the timetable, with the minimum number of main vehicles being 12 buses. a) The main buses must have at least 32 seats, including at least 10 seated places. b) At least 8 of the main buses must have at least two doors on the right side of the vehicle, mechanically controlled by the driver, with each door equipped with an automatic return system that activates if resistance is met during closing, protecting the passenger from being caught. c) The buses referred to in letter b must be equipped with technical solutions enabling the safe entry, exit, and transport of persons with disabilities or…
