TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the contracting of the SERVICE FOR THE WORKS MANAGEMENT (DIRECCIÓN DE OBRA) AND SAFETY AND HEALTH COORDINATION during the execution of the work described below. Given the special dedication required for this type of works, together with the shortage of the staff and resources available, it makes it necessary to contract the Works Management and Safety and Health Coordination, which, through the continuous dedication of a multidisciplinary team (specialists in mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, treatment (de-puration) processes, hydraulic works, quality control, environmental monitoring, safety and health coordination...), will facilitate the proper completion of the proposed works. In accordance with Article 62 of the LCSP, the “Director Facultativo” (Technical/Professional Works Director) shall be appointed by the Contracting Authority, and the Safety and Health Coordinator shall be integrated into the team of the “Dirección Facultativa” (Technical/Professional Management), in accordance with what is stipulated in Article 2 of Royal Decree 1627/1997.
