TENDER DESCRIPTION

The engineering structures to be inspected are located within the city area of Berlin and run along federal highways as local passages, country roads, farm roads, and footpaths. The bridge structures span over public roads and paths, railway facilities, and water bodies. 95 substructures with a structural area of 34,195 m² under the maintenance responsibility of the State-North Districts consisting of: 55 bridge structures, 0 noise protection structures, 18 supporting structures, 9 tunnels/ trough structures, 3 other structures, 10 traffic sign bridges. The scope of the contract includes, per substructure, in the individual years: 2027: 1 main inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2028 and 2029: 1 survey, 2 ongoing observations, 2030: 1 simple inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2031 and 2032: 1 survey, 2 ongoing observations. Excepted are: 12 substructures (bridge structures) in the years: 2028, 2029, 2031 and 2032: 1 special inspection (close-up inspection) and for 12 substructures (bridge structures) in the year: 2030 Extension of the simple inspection by a close-up inspection.
