TENDER DESCRIPTION

The engineering structures to be inspected are located within the city area of Berlin and run along federal highways as local roads, state roads, economic roads and footpaths. The bridge structures run over public roads and paths, railway facilities and water bodies. 85 partial structures with a bridge-and-structure area (BW area) of 34,029 m² under the responsibility of the Land-Süd districts, consisting of: 50 bridge structures, 5 noise protection structures, 15 retaining structures, 6 tunnel/ trench structure(s), 4 other structures, 5 traffic sign bridges. The scope of the contract includes, for each partial structure, in the individual years: 2027: 1 main inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2028 and 2029: 1 inspection/visit, 2 ongoing observations, 20230: 1 simple inspection, 2 ongoing observations, 2031 and 2032: 1 inspection/visit, 2 ongoing observations. Excluded therefrom: 1 partial structure (bridge structures) in the years: 2028, 2029, 2031 and 2032: 1 special inspection (close-up inspection of the soffit) and for 1 partial structure (bridge structures) in the year: 2030: expansion of the simple inspection by a close-up inspection of the soffit.
