TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement procedure is the audit of the Group/annual financial statements for the STADT UND LAND Group for the year 2027 and, optionally, for the subsequent years 2028 to 2030. This includes the companies in which STADT UND LAND is a shareholder (see performance description as part of the procurement documents). The following mandatory services must be provided, among others: • Audit of the annual financial statements including the consolidated financial statements and the combined management report of the Group (§§ 316 et seq. HGB) for the financial year 2027; optional for 2028 to 2030 • extended audit pursuant to § 53(1) Nos. 1 and 2 HGrG (IDW PS 720); • preparation of a management letter For further services, see the performance description as part of the procurement documents.
