TENDER DESCRIPTION

Universitätsmedizin Greifswald (UMG) awards a framework contract for the performance of safety-technical inspections (STK) for infusion technology of B. Braun. The services are provided over a contract term of five years. An optional extension by a further year is governed by the provisions of the framework agreement. The performance shall be carried out in compliance with the following statutory requirements, applicable in their respective current version: -Medical Devices Act Implementation Act (MPDG) -Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) The inspection of approximately 4,157 units subject to inspection is carried out on the basis of a equipment and work order list prepared by UMG at various sites within the Hanseatic City of Greifswald as well as at the Karlsburg site. The contracting authority reserves the right to include further sites, in particular, prospectively the district hospital Wolgast, in the scope of services during the contract term.
