TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns sampling and laboratory analyses of groundwater, wastewater, sludge, etc., and is carried out as one public procurement with one overall contract and not as a framework agreement. The contracting authority undertakes to use the selected supplier for the delivery of the services tendered during the contract period in accordance with the contract provisions. At the time the contract is concluded, the contracting authority establishes a sampling plan. The sampling plan constitutes the fixed and known main delivery during the contract period. The sampling plan specifies the scope, types and frequency of analyses and forms the basis for the Supplier’s planning and resource allocation. In addition, to a limited extent, supplementary orders may occur that relate to the contracting authority’s operations and supplement the fixed sampling plan. Supplementary orders may only be placed within the subject matter of the contract and must be of subordinate scope in relation to the fixed sampling plan.
