TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the renovation of two residential premises from the municipal housing stock in Gorzów Wlkp., with financial support from the Funds for Housing Allowances Fund, on the terms set out in the Act of 8 December 2006 on financial support for certain housing-related undertakings, in accordance with the design documentation. 2. The scope of works includes general construction and installation works, in accordance with the attached bills of quantities and the scope of works for the respective residential premises in buildings administered by the Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej in Gorzów Wlkp; NOTE! The works will be carried out in operational facilities in non-residential premises forming part of the municipal stock. The Contracting Authority shall ensure that the Contractor has access to utilities, i.e. water and electricity. There is a possibility of storing equipment and construction materials in the premises in which the works will be carried out; however, this is done at the Contractor’s own risk.
