TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of bathrooms in a residential building - social housing in Wieruszów, Warszawska Street 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving internal renovation and spot thermal insulation of external walls in an existing residential building with a social function. Four separate, comfortable bathrooms and two dedicated laundry rooms assigned to units A and B will be created. Each of the four designed bathrooms will be equipped with independent infrastructure: a shower with a linear drain, a compact WC pan, a wall-mounted washbasin, an electric flow-through water heater, and an autonomous heating-ventilation system, individual electrical sub-distribution boards and water meters. Due to the implementation of the investment inside a partially occupied, operational facility, the Contractor is required to strictly schedule the works in stages, secure communication routes against dusting, and minimise nuisance (noise, interruptions in utility supply) for the permanent residents of the social housing building.
