Reconstruction of utility buildings for use as historic firefighting equipment storage for the local volunteer fire brigade (OSP) unit 1. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the reconstruction of two utility buildings (A and B), which are owned by the Gmina Jaświły, for the purpose of housing historic firefighting equipment of the local volunteer fire brigade (OSP) unit, together with site development. 2. The scope of works planned to be carried out includes, among others: - dismantling and disposal of the existing roof covering made of asbestos-containing elements on two utility buildings A and B - installation of new roof covering with steel sheet metal along with timber boarding and sheet-metal works for both buildings - strengthening and filling of the wall structures in building A and B - dismantling existing garage gates in the buildings and re-hanging them and adjusting them after completion of the works - execution of internal plaster and façades - hardening of the area in front of the buildings with paving blocks and perforated (openwork) slabs - execution of blue-green infrastructure through planting of trees, shrubs,…
