TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of warehouse buildings in Szlichtyngowa as part of the task "Modernisation of the OL and OC warehouse building" The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of warehouse buildings in Szlichtyngowa as part of the task “Modernisation of the OL and OC warehouse building”. The scope of construction works includes: 1) construction and renovation works: preparatory and earthworks, demolition works, masonry works, reinforced concrete beams (ring beams), plastering works, impregnation and strengthening of the wooden roof structure, installation of cold-formed zinc-coated purlins on the ring beams, roofing and sheet-metal works, door and window joinery, underlays and floors, painting works, foundation walls (comprehensive insulation of walls), external walls (comprehensive insulation of walls and façade finishes), scaffolding, ramps and a driveway apron around the building, and other works; 2) installation works: ventilation; 3) electrical works.
