TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of buildings at Spacerowa Street in Zduńska Wola - adaptation of premises for the new seat of the County Road Management (Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg) in Zduńska Wola 2. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the reconstruction and change of the use of an office-warehouse building into an administrative and social building with a technical-workshop back-up, located at Spacerowa Street 17 in Zduńska Wola (plot register no. 281/34 and 281/33, precinct 05), within the scope specified in the project documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). After the reconstruction, the building will be equipped with the following internal installations: electrical (including basic and emergency lighting), water supply, sanitary sewage, and central heating supplied from an oil-fired boiler room supported by an air-source heat pump (in the future also with photovoltaic panels). 3.
