„Reconstruction of the OSP Kośmin fire station building for use as a rural community hall” The subject of the contract is: „Reconstruction of the OSP Kośmin fire station building for use as a rural community hall”. Town/locality: Kośmin 7A, Żyrzyn commune, plot no. 89, cadastral district: 0006 Kośmin, registration unit: 061411_2 Żyrzyn, Puławy district, Lubelskie Voivodeship. The scope of the contract includes, among other things: − Submission to the competent construction supervision authority of the start date of construction works. − Securing the construction site and organizing the construction yard. − Demolition works − Replacement of the roof covering together with construction of a new roof structure and individual roof layers − Execution of electrical installations, water and sewage installations and ventilation (the existing ventilation chimney is to be repaired and finished; however, the rebuilding/bricklaying of the chimney is required in the part above the ceiling and above the new roof.
