TENDER DESCRIPTION
Reconstruction of the OSP fire brigade station building in Zabrnie Górne 1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the building on the north side by providing a garage room for an OSP fire truck and wash facilities. The building is single-storey, ground-floor, without a basement, with a gable roof. Masonry structure using a traditional technology; the roof structure is timber truss framework; covering made of trapezoidal sheet metal. Creation of an opening between the existing and the designed buildings. Pavement/ground hardstanding works. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works. Bill of quantities (preliminary estimates) are a supplementary element that will be taken into account only in the event that elements of the works are missing from the technical documentation and constitute an auxiliary element necessary for settlement/accounting.
