Reconstruction of the building of the District Office (Starostwo Powiatowe) in Dzierżoniów at Świdnicka Street 38 in order to ensure accessibility and adaptation to fire-safety requirements – construction of a lift 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of an external lift shaft, together with the supply, installation and commissioning of a passenger lift in the existing building in Dzierżoniów at Świdnicka Street 38, in order to ensure accessibility of the facility for persons with special needs. The contract will be co-financed from PFRON funds under Area B “Programme for levelling out differences between regions III”. 2. The building of the District Office (Starostwo Powiatowe) in Dzierżoniów at Świdnicka Street 38 is included in the register of immovable monuments of the city of Dzierżoniów. 3.
