TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Lubaczów at Jana III Sobieskiego Street 6. The implemented investment task includes: reconstruction of the existing building at Jana III Sobieskiego Street 6 in Lubaczów within the scope of works covered by the building permit decision No. 242/2024 dated 04.07.2024, in accordance with the developed documentation authored by MSc Eng. Arch. Karol Bulanda. The subject of the Agreement includes, within the scope of eligible funds: 1) guaranteed scope: a) thermal insulation of external walls; b) thermal insulation of the floor slab; c) reconstruction of external partitions and floors of the building due to the designed mechanical ventilation installation – making openings for mechanical ventilation ducts; d) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the building roof with a capacity of 21.8 kWp; e) construction (installation) of mechanical ventilation installation with the central unit located on the roof of the building; f) construction (installation) of air conditioning installation, including two external units on the building roof; g) construction…
