TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Tarnobrzeg at 12 Wyspiańskiego Street. 1. The implemented investment project includes the reconstruction of the existing building within the scope of works covered by the building permit decision no. 69/24 dated 18.07.2024, in accordance with the prepared documentation authored by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. The guaranteed scope of the contract includes: thermal insulation of the building walls, performing waterproof insulation of the foundation walls, dismantling existing window joinery, dismantling existing door hardware/door fittings, installation of new door hardware/door fittings, in accordance with the audit guidelines, installation of new window joinery together with window opening sensors, external sills and external railings/balustrades, construction of a supply-and-exhaust mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of the ventilation unit on the roof, modernization of the central heating installation (replacement of the entire central heating installation, installation of insulation valves and other required devices,…
