Reconstruction of the workshop- and warehouse-support building of the ZW Besko Hydrotechnical Facility - Besko Water Tank - Part 2: Construction works 1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the workshop- and warehouse-support building of the ZW Besko Obiekt Hydrotechniczny - Besko Water Tank. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performing the subject of the contract are contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Technical documentation. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. For technological and execution reasons, as well as for rational expenditure of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts. This would entail excessive difficulties and costs of performing the contract, resulting in a serious risk of improper performance of the contract.
