TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of a section of the poviat road No 1321 D in the town of Ruda Żmigrodzka, involving the construction of a sidewalk. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works for an investment entitled "Reconstruction of a section of poviat road No 1321 D in the town of Ruda Żmigrodzka, involving the construction of a sidewalk" as part of two tasks described in Chapter V point 2 letter a/ and in Chapter V point 2 letter b/.2. The contract will be implemented for the needs of: a) Trzebnica Poviat Road Authority (Powiatu Trzebnickiego Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych) in Trzebnica — within the scope of a separate agreement concerning the part of the task involving the reconstruction of a section of poviat road No 1321D in the town of Ruda Żmigrodzka, involving the construction of a sidewalk; b) the Żmigród Commune — within the scope of a separate agreement concerning the part of the task involving the construction of a sidewalk and a bus bay within the road reserve of the commune road in the town of Ruda Żmigrodzka.
