TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of part of an educational room into a server room. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of part of an educational room into a server room. The server room will be equipped with a server cabinet ensuring safe access and proper ventilation, which affects the service life of the equipment. The server room will also be equipped with an emergency power supply to protect the equipment against power surges and to guarantee continuity of operation. The server room will be secured with an appropriate access control system (this will reduce the risk of unauthorized persons entering the premises who do not have permission to stay in this room). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in: 1) the draft contract according to Annex No 7 to the SWZ, 2) the cost estimates according to Annex No 9 to the SWZ, 3) the construction design according to Annex No 8 to the SWZ, 4) the SST according to Annex No 10 to the SWZ, 5) the technical design according to Annex No 11 to the SWZ, 6) the permit according to Annex No 12 to the SWZ, 7) the decision according to Annex No 13 to the SWZ.
