Roof renovation of the gymnasium building at PSP in Maków 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works designated by the name: Roof renovation of the gymnasium building at PSP in Maków. The subject of the contract includes the renovation of the roof of the gymnasium building at the primary school, involving the replacement of the roofing covering together with insulation while maintaining the existing colour scheme. The existing gymnasium building is located on plot no. 144/12, cadastral district 0018 MAKÓW, municipality of Skaryszew, situated within the area of the historic manor-and-farm complex in Maków. The scope of works includes, among others: - demolition works – dismantling the lightning protection system, lighting fixtures, gutters, downpipes, anti-snow fences, sheet-metal flashings, soffits, removal of loose fragments of plaster on the façade; - works related to roofing with a profiled sandwich panel; - installation of gutters, sheet-metal works, anti-snow fences and reinstallation of lighting fixtures; - installation of a new lightning protection system and carrying out measurements of the lightning protection system.
