TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Contracting part no. 1 – Reconstruction of municipal roads within the territory of the Municipality of Węgierska Górka in 2026 in the sołectwo of Węgierska Górka, including: Sołectwo of Węgierska Górka a) a municipal side road from Kościuszki near the cycle path b) a municipal street Raczyńskiego / Legionów. 3. The details of the scope of the subject matter of this contract are specified by the simplified technical documentation, the bills of quantities, and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. 4. It is desirable that prior to submitting the Tender the Contractor carries out a site inspection at the location where the works covered by the subject matter of this contract will be performed. Conducting the inspection is not a condition for submitting a tender in this procedure. The costs of conducting the site inspection of the construction site shall be borne by the Contractor. 5.
