TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction of two road sections within the Municipality of Nagłowice damaged as a result of heavy rains. Part 1: Reconstruction of an internal road on plots no. 56/2, 57/2 58/2, 59/8 59/10, 59/6, 60/2, 61/4, 61/6, 62/4, 62/6, 63/2 in the town of Ślęcin and plot no. 348/2 in the town of Jaronowice from km 0+000 to km 0+500, damaged as a result of heavy rains.3. The subject of the contract for Part 1 is described in detail in: a) technical documentation (hereinafter also referred to as documentation), which constitutes an annex to the SWZ; b) technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works; b) bills of quantities - annex to the SWZ. The bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are for informational purposes only. After familiarising himself with the technical documentation and other documents, the Contractor is obliged to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result. 1.
